CAPABILITIES OF HTC MOBILE PHONES

Sense 3.0 has come to several of our devices bearing tons of new gifts and utilities to play with, as well as beautiful eye candy. Functionality of some elements has also been somewhat improved, and considering the needy bunch that we are here on XDA, we want to have these new capabilities without having to cough up $200-$300 every time something like this hits the market. So, with this in mind and considering that we have several dumps coming from all directions, loaded with Sense 3-goodness,  XDA member francois.d.dillinger decided to take a crack at getting the camera app to work on his EVO. The camera app not only works but it also allows you to take panoramic pictures and also, it allows you to use the 1080p video recording mode (this does not mean that you will be able to record in full HD as you have hardware limitations, but at least it will let you try).

There are a few instructions to follow in the thread because the app is not 100% stable. Also, some of the basic requirements are that you will need at least something running a Sense 2.0 framework and root rights. Please take this for a spin and leave some feedback. You have to be running a Rom with Sense framework. HTC Sense or MySense As in the tread title attached is HTC Sense 3.0 Instant Capture Camera WITH PANORAMA.
You can find more information in the application thread. You’d better get your umbrella out if you haven’t already because as of lately it has been raining HTC leaks. Also, while last time we thought that the HTC Kingdom was the codenamed device for the upcoming EVO 3D, it looks like we were wrong. As of today in the morning, XDA member XxXViRuSXxX along with a few others, posted a thread with links and mirrors to the latest leak found on 911sniper. This time is for the HTC Shooter, which according to the insides of the dump and its manifest, it actually is the awaited rom for the EVO 3D. Aside from the fact hat it clearly states that this will be going for the carrier, it comes bearing all the Sense 3.0 goodness that you can expect from something like this, as well as some apps that you would likely expect to see in a rom for a Sprint device like the Blockbuster app

If this is not good enough, then the fact that a port is currently being worked on, should definitely get your ORD up and running. Keep in mind hat there is nothing to flash just yet, but the dev will have something out soon. Please do not ask for ETAs.It has been quite a weekend for Sense lovers with the release of the first fully functional set of Sense 3.0 roms for the Desire family. As the Evo devs recently got their hands on dumps for the upcoming HTC Kingdom, the Doubleshot, and the Sensation, they were bound come out with something soon. XDA member XxXViRuSXxX has released the first release of the Kingdom port that he had been working on for the last few days. This port is a collaboration project with the other two ports already mentioned (and several devs as well) due to the roms being rather similar and the combined effort to get Rosie and all the 3D ish looking elements of Sense 3.0 working. As you will see in the list below, mostly everything works in the device, including 4G. However, keep in mind that this is a first release and there are still many bugs to iron out like the fact that the weather app is still broken (the widget is working fine) and that the video camera seems to force close as soon as you try to record something. Please leave some feedback for the devs if you do decide to flash this rom.
